Your new role

As Warehouse Supervisor on the evening shift, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are picked, checked, and loaded accurately and efficiently. You’ll manage hygiene standards across chilled, frozen, and ambient areas, supervise staff performance, and maintain high standards of health and safety. The role also involves coordinating mechanical handling equipment (MHE) usage and maintenance, conducting staff meetings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as BRC.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll need previous warehouse experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid Reach Forklift Truck certificate. Being computer-literate is essential, and experience with voice picking systems or a Counterbalance FLT licence would be an advantage. A proactive approach to health and safety and the ability to manage teams fairly and consistently are key to success in this role.
