Your new company
A well-established and growing food manufacturing company based in the Moira area is seeking a reliable and experienced
Warehouse Operative
to join their busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of operations.

Your new role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance/Reach) and other MHE safely and in line with company procedures
  • Picking stock accurately for production and dispatch
  • Putting stock away using barcode scanners or manual records
  • Assisting with goods in/out, including loading and unloading deliveries
  • Conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Supporting production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy
  • Adhering to food safety, allergen control, and hygiene standards

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A valid FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent – Counterbalance/Reach)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Willingness to follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
Preferable
  • Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector
  • Awareness of HACCP, allergen handling, or food hygiene practices
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners
