Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Warehouse Operative.
Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Operative, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Operative in our Logistics Warehouse. You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic; previous logistical experience would be highly desirable. To be successful in the role you will be a great team player, have a flexible approach to work, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform against personal performance targets (PPT), prioritise workloads against demand to meet our Service Level Agreements (SLA) with our customers and have excellent communication skills
Location: Hatfield Hertfordshire AL10 9TW (Hertfordshire)
Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £13.45 (PAYE) OR £17.45 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company)
Contract Length: 20 July 2026 to 20 Jan 2026 Onsite Mon – Fri Timings: 11:00 AM – 07:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading / Loading vehicles.
- Scanning using a handheld scanner.
- Picking from an automated warehouse.
- Packing ensuring correct labels are securely attached.
