Warehouse Operative – East Grinstead
Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly Schedule Salary: Competitive + Benefits Start Date: Immediate
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team in East Grinstead!
Shift Pattern:
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
  • Rotating weekly schedule – flexibility is key!
  • 9hrs paid per Shift
  • 14.68 per hr plus opportunities for overtime and premium rate for working weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately
  • Loading/unloading deliveries
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
  • Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work on your feet and lift items safely
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided!
