Hays recruitment are currently recruiting warehouse night pickers for our client based on the outskirts of Canterbury and Ashford. This is a full-time permanent position looking to interview and start asap.

Shift:
Sunday to Thursday
5pm till 3am

The starting pay is £12.21 on a 45-hour shift. This increases after 3 months to £12.75 and has 3-month reviews where it will increase more. Also, after 9 months and picking targets are hit, there is a bonus such as £500 and an extra day added to your annual leave, plus more.

Duties:

- Picking fresh produce
- Using an iPad to get orders to pick items
- Packing goods for goods to go out for delivery
- Working in a team.

You must be able to drive to get to the site as there are no ways via public transport.

Fresh produce experience would be ideal but not essential.

Over 2 years' experience within a warehouse environment
