Your new role

You will take responsibility for the Warehouse and a team of around 10 people across Goods-In, Pick, Pack, Despatch, helping to plan and deliver the solution that ensures customer orders (primarily D2C e-commerce) are delivered on time in full. You will review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements, with a clear focus on quality and efficiency. You will also work on various distribution related projects, liaise with carrier partners, and help to lead the evolution of the end-to-end logistics function.

What you'll need to succeed

Your CV will demonstrate experience in a similar fast-moving warehouse, ideally including e-commerce. You will be a positive and supportive team manager, with a real drive to ensure excellent customer service is delivered efficiently. Any experience of project work and change / process improvements will also be well received. You will know how to use the range of KPIs to understand and optimise performance.
