Voids Supervisor required to be based across Suffolk and Norfolk.
Voids Supervisor – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 08:00–16:00 or 08:30–16:30 Includes company van + fuel card

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Voids Supervisor to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a hands-on role overseeing void properties across multiple MOD sites, ensuring all works are scoped, managed, and completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scoping and assessments of void properties.
- Provide direct customer-facing support, ensuring a positive service experience.
- Manage and coordinate with supply chains and external contractors.
- Oversee compliance requirements across all work activities.
- Engage directly with clients to update, advise, and ensure satisfaction.
- Carry out inspections of completed works, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Identify property requirements and create accurate scopes of work.
- Ensure all work orders are correctly updated, tracked, and completed within required timeframes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property, maintenance, voids, or social housing environments is desirable.
- Qualifications are not essential, but an appreciation of health & safety is required.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties across MOD bases.
- Excellent communication skills, both customer-facing and contractor-facing.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
Security Requirements
This role is based on MOD sites; therefore:
- BPSS Clearance is essential.
Without this, access to IT systems, ID badges, and bases cannot be granted.
