Job Overview:
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join a collaborative Product Design team, driving user-centred research across digital products. You will play a key role in shaping customer experiences by delivering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

- Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid)
- Daily Rate: Flexible Inside IR35, Either through PAYE or Hays approved umbrella companies
- Contract Length: 6 Months
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage UX research projects across multiple products and share insights with stakeholders.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across discovery and testing phases
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and analytics teams to align research with business goals.
- Design and execute research studies including interviews, usability testing, and workshops
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Champion users need to enhance customer experience and digital journeys.
- Maintain documentation and communicate research outputs effectively across teams
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital research within corporate or agency environments
- Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
- Proficiency with remote research tools (e.g., User Testing, UserZoom)
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills
- Degree in Psychology, HCI, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
