Job Description
Working in the global Ownership Services (Aftersales) business steering team, this role is responsible for the integration of the Provenance Pre-Owned used car business, supporting long-term client retention and revenue generated from the sale of parts and accessories.
What awaits you?
Defines and develops processes to integrate the Provenance programme into the Ownership Services business.
Identifies minimum spend in line with the programme framework, assessment of dealer claims compliance and is the decision maker for release of dealer bonus payments.
Defines & implements programme efficiency & revenue reporting, including cross-functional data sharing to create holistic, provenance business reporting across all business areas.
Develops processes and reporting to measure programme quality assurance, including post-sales warranty claims analysis
Collates client sentiment regarding Provenance vehicle quality to identify repeat quality issues within the dealer network & creates strategies to resolve client complaints regarding Provenance standards.
Performs Provenance quality audits at dealerships to assess vehicle pre-sale and refurbishment condition. Acts as a consultant with dealers to resolve consistent quality issues
Develops processes and agreements to outsource quality audits globally as the business is scaled up

What should you bring along?
A motor vehicle industry recognised qualification in business management or a minimum of 3 years automotive industry experience
Detailed knowledge and experience of the automotive aftersales business
Comprehensive understanding of the dealer network, commercial used car or aftersales business functions
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication skills, able to sustain relationships in different regions and time zones.
The ability to be assertive and think clearly and accurately when under pressure.
A high level of self-motivation, flexibility and the confidence to work autonomously. Apply now!
