Your new role

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting underwriting performance through data-driven insights, regulatory reporting, and process optimisation. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll oversee the development of underwriting controls, manage key regulatory submissions, and ensure alignment with the group’s data strategy. This is a highly visible role that bridges operations, finance, actuarial, and risk functions, contributing to both internal governance and external regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring significant experience in the Lloyd’s market, with a strong grasp of underwriting operations and regulatory frameworks. Your ability to manage complex data, communicate effectively across teams, and drive process improvements will be key. Proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI is essential, along with a proactive mindset and the confidence to represent the function in senior forums.
