Your new role

You will be responsible for underwriting complex international property facultative risks, working closely with brokers and clients across multiple territories. This is a strategic position requiring a strong technical understanding of property risks and the ability to assess exposures, structure deals, and deliver tailored solutions.

A key part of your role will be to present a clear and compelling business plan outlining your market approach, growth strategy, and underwriting philosophy. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own portfolio while benefiting from the support of a well-established platform and experienced leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in international property facultative underwriting.
Strong market relationships and a commercial mindset.
Ability to develop and present a strategic business plan.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to portfolio development.
