• Secure one-off and multi-year grants to meet annual income targets
• Research and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective funders (using Raiser’s Edge NXT)
• Write compelling funding proposals and tailored cases for support
• Deliver inspiring impact reports and maintain excellent donor stewardship
• Collaborate across teams to maximise fundraising opportunities
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and GDPR
• Contribute to organisational culture and wider community initiatives

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Trusts & Foundations fundraising
• Proven track record of meeting income targets and securing new funding
• Strong research, bid writing, and grant management skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Knowledge of fundraising governance and GDPR compliance
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience

• Experience with restricted/unrestricted funding and multi-year grants
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT)
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
• Willingness to travel and work occasional flexible hours
• Genuine interest in the charity sector
