A fast-growing business within the hospitality industry is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their newly created team. You will be managing all aspects of treasury operations, including collections, cash applications, monitoring & resolving disputes and ensuring compliance. You will have strong treasury/cash management experience, and be able to work independently with a can-do attitude. This will be a great opportunity to develop as the business grows.

Duties

• Effectively manage treasury operations.
• Assist with managing and building bank relationships.
• Maintain cash accounts in banking software.
• Update and report accurate daily cash flow forecast to Finance Leadership.
• Manage day-to-day operational credit & risk assessment policy for customers/vendors.
• Develop strong internal controls, take ownership and complete special projects as required.
• Produce KPI results, review the accuracy of treasury operations reporting and communicate results to Finance leadership.
• Work with finance business partners with integration of ERP systems to reduce manual processes.
• Participate and own treasury functions in any ERP integration – transition process
• Oversee management of timely and accurate cash applications.
• Manage customer collections, monitoring and reporting on timely payments, processing credits and resolution of past due or disputed amounts.
• Provide analysis, reporting and general ledger reconciliations to external auditors for audit engagements.
• Work in collaboration with internal team SMEs to establish best practices and develop SOPs.
• Provide other general accounting and related support as required
