You’ll be joining a well-established travel business that specialises in creating tailor-made and experience-led holidays across. With a reputation for exceptional customer service and authentic holiday experiences, the team takes pride in delivering memorable journeys for predominantly older, well-travelled couples from the UK and overseas.

Your new role

As a Travel Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for converting customer enquiries into bespoke holidays. You’ll listen carefully to each customer’s needs and design itineraries that include accommodation, transport, and activities, working closely with trusted local partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every trip reflects the highest standards of quality and service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in travel sales and customer-facing roles
  • Strong sales skills combined with a genuine customer service focus
  • Fluency in English with strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Confidence in communication and computer literacy
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
What you'll get in return

  • A full-time role based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday office hours (one Saturday per month)
  • Competitive salary between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
