Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join their night operations team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transport activities.

Your new role

As Transport Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, planning driver schedules, and optimising routes to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries. You will liaise closely with drivers, customers and third-party hauliers, ensuring service levels are maintained and operational issues are resolved quickly. You will also monitor fleet utilisation, ensure compliance with driver hours and transport regulations, and support the overall efficiency of the transport function during night operations.
