Your new role

As Transition Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering the programme by leading complex transition work streams from initiation through stabilisation and handover. You will manage activities such as service handovers, organisational changes, systems separation or migration, and supplier or contract transitions.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience delivering complex transition, separation, or hive down programmes. Strong project and programme management capability across multiple work streams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior and executive audience. Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, tight deadlines, and numerous interdependencies. Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience. Familiarity with transition frameworks, governance models, and service management principles. A highly organised, detail-orientated, and accountable approach to delivery
