Your new role

As a Transactional Services Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the transactional services team, assisting with financial due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Conducting detailed financial analysis and modelling to evaluate financial performance and identify potential risks.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including valuation analyses and transaction documentation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational professionals, to provide comprehensive transaction support.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA)
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
