A London-based Private Wealth Manager, with a high-performing legal team renowned for providing bespoke legal and advisory services to high-net-worth individual. This client is making a transactional legal counsel hire. Below are details of the position they are recruiting for.

Your new role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Transactional Lawyer with 3–7 years PQE (guideline only) to join a London-based Private Wealth organisation's legal team within a high-performing family office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on a wide range of legal matters, primarily focused on reviewing and advising on contracts, agreements, and regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on in-house policies and regulatory frameworks relevant to the family office and its clients.
  • Ensure legal documentation is compliant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to support transactional matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory developments.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3–7 years PQE (Guideline only) with a strong background in transactional or commercial law.
  • Experience reviewing and advising on contracts, policies, and regulatory matters.
  • UK-qualified and foreign-qualified lawyers are considered.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
  • Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with care.
