Training/Excel Administrator
Temp until April 2025
Hybrid (1 day from home)
37.5 hrs
9-5, 30 min lunch
£28,000 per annum equivalent
Key Duties:
Maintain and manage training records using excel
Ensuring training activities are scheduled
Working with colleagues and managing the training accounts, ensuring all administrative, financial and quality assurance
Processes are complied withManage and upload accredited training for internal and external delegates
Ensure certificates are booked, recorded and sent out to delegates
Scheduling training events and sending out joining instructions and course information to delegates and training contractors.
Update and maintain external payments systems
Update training records.
What you'll need to succeed
Exception skills and experience with Excel. If this is not evident on your CV, your application will not be considered.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Due to location, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
Ability to work hybridly and communicate with colleagues via MS Teams
