Your new role
I am recruiting for a Trainer job; you will be joining an experienced team of trainers on site. The role itself will be training small groups of people on construction-based courses. You will be actively involved in training to a high standard of professionalism, ensuring all assessment, training and testing comply with awarding organisations and standards. Duties include but not limited to:
- Completing registers for enrolments and completions
- Train and test new learners
- Working closely with internal and external partners
- Maintain professional, technical and industry knowledge
- Comply with Awarding Organisations for both internal and external audits.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will require
- Professional approach to training
- Be well-presented, personable and present well when training
- 3 years plant experience
- Knowledge of H&S beneficial
- Keen eye for detail and being an active learner
- Work well as part of a small team
