Your new role

As a UK-wide trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering classroom-based training to teams of engineers. You will develop the training material outlining operating procedures and expectations. You will manage your own diary to schedule training sessions across the UK, ensuring that you are utilising your time effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an experienced trainer, who is used to working remotely and autonomously. This isn't delivering technical training, so you don't need an engineering background, however experience of training delivery to a blue-collar workforce would be useful. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a requirement for overnight stays.
