Your new role
- Directing and managing the flow of traffic around the construction site.
- Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
- Communicating effectively with site managers and other team members.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
- Implementing and adhering to health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) Traffic Marshall qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
