Traffic Marshall

Location: Norwich Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 month+

Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to support a busy construction project in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction contractor on a short-term assignment.

Your new role
As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a key role in maintaining site safety and ensuring the smooth movement of vehicles and pedestrians.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing site access and egress
  • Directing vehicle movements safely around the site
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
  • Communicating effectively with site teams and delivery drivers
What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid CPCS A73 or NPORS N403 Traffic Marshal (or SATM CLOCS)
  • Previous on-site Traffic Marshall experience
  • Full PPE including 6-point helmet with chin strap, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest (unbranded), and safety boots.
  • Be prepared for us to run an Enhanced DBS with Children’s Barred List
  • Strong awareness of site safety and communication skills
