Clientside Opportunity, Major UK landowner for Town Planning Manager, Liverpool-based
Job Title: Town Planning Manager
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside, homebased flexible working (2 days a week working from home)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 basic salary dependent on experience and MRTPI status + excellent benefits package

They operate across a variety of sectors; infrastructure, commercial, heritage and even conservation are seeking to hire a Town Planning Manager to oversee the planning process of a UK portfolio.

Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working with Local Planning Authorities.
- Holding or being close to completing an MRTPI qualification.
- Extensive development management experience, combined with planning application/EIA process experience.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders and influencing others.
- Strong community/stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple development projects concurrently.
- Willingness to travel to other sites within the Group across the UK as required.
