Your New Role

As the Reward Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a global reward strategy for a complex, international organisation. Partnering closely with the Head of Reward, you’ll lead cyclical reward activities, analyse market trends, ensure compliance with evolving legislation, and act as a trusted expert to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a high‑impact, specialist role where your insight will directly influence reward decisions and organisational performance.

This is a fast‑paced environment suitable for a confident reward specialist who can build strong relationships and who thrives on ownership, pace and accountability.
With succession planning in mind, this position offers a clear pathway to becoming the future Head of Reward for the organisation.

Responsibilities

As Total Reward Partner, you will be responsible for:

Annual reward cycles — Lead key processes including annual salary review, short‑term and long‑term incentive plans, and ad‑hoc reward programmes.
Global mobility support — Contribute to global mobility activity and statutory reporting for globally mobile employees, including short‑term business visitor requirements.
Regulatory reporting — Support delivery of CEO pay ratio, Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency requirements and Directors’ Remuneration reporting.
Stakeholder engagement — Work with senior leaders and third‑party providers, presenting updates and insights, ensuring strong governance, clarity, and evidence‑based decision‑making.
Complex reward queries — Provide clear, transparent advice on a wide range of specialist reward matters.
Reward strategy delivery — Support the Head of Reward in executing the global reward strategy across the organisation.
Provide benchmarking, workforce analytics and market insights to inform reward decisions.

What You Need to Succeed

  • CIPD Chartered membership or equivalent specialist reward experience.
  • Experience in a senior reward, compensation or total reward role within a complex organisation. (Global expertise desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the confidence to operate as a subject‑matter expert, paired with the confidence to present to senior leaders.
  • Strong technical capability in Excel and reward analytics – comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
  • Hunger, pace and accountability—someone who responds quickly, takes ownership and thrives in an environment that can be reactive.
  • Project management capability — Proven ability to manage projects and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and global mobility is advantageous.

As the Reward Partner, you will have the opportunity to influence and deliver a global reward strategy, with exposure to senior leadership and high‑level decision‑making, in a role with international scope that offers variety and complexity.
