  • Has experience teaching in UK primary schools
  • Is confident covering different year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Is reliable, flexible, and professional
  • Can build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
