Fantastic Remote Title Investigator opportunity with pioneering legal tech company

Your new company
A UK-based outsourced service provider specialising in residential conveyancing is seeking a Title Investigator to join its expert remote team. The company is transforming the conveyancing sector through a fully online title investigation model, supporting legal departments across England and Wales.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough title investigations across a range of property types, including freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions. Working within a structured remote environment, you’ll use standardised templates and a dedicated case management system to produce Reports on Title, pre-contract enquiries, title snapshots, and lender sales documentation. You’ll also review and raise enquiries on searches, management packs, and responses to enquiries, with potential involvement in auditing and other supplementary services. All tasks are managed through a centralised platform, with defined time targets for each matter type to ensure consistent delivery.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a diligent and experienced title investigator with a strong understanding of residential property transactions, including shared ownership and new builds. Familiarity with in-house systems and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines is essential. You’ll be committed to the company’s collaborative remote working culture and bring a focused, detail-oriented approach to your work.
You’ll have a solid track record in residential property law, with significant professional experience handling title investigations and producing reports. A background that includes at least five years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing and title investigations will be highly advantageous.

What you’ll get in return
You’ll join a highly skilled and supportive remote team, working with a company that values innovation, autonomy, and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to contribute to a forward-thinking legal service provider.
