Your new role

As a Test Manager, you will be helping the organisation embark on a large digital transformation programme, which will include web and mobile applications, as well as upgrading their core banking application. You will be part of a team working on a variety of transformation projects.

You will:
Define the strategy, approach and test plans algined with project goals
Identify and manage test environments, tools and data requirements
Plan test phases ensuring testing aligns with the business risk and quality objectives
Oversee test case design execution and deficit management
Manage the test automation strategy and integration into the CI/CD pipelines

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as Test Manager (financial services)

Experience working on financial services platforms (ideally 'savings')
