Test & Validation Professional – Contract
Location: Business Hub / Satellite / Customer Site

We are seeking a Test & Validation Professional to lead end-to-end testing activities across medium-to high-complexity projects. This role is critical in ensuring service integrity, minimising risk, and delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and diagnostics aligned with project strategy. Conduct testing at core sites and customer/supplier locations. Identify and analyse defects, assess impacts, and report findings. Maintain environmental integrity and champion best practices. Communicate progress and updates to senior stakeholders and customers. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to ISO20K audits.
Essential Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of Test & Validation processes. Experience working within ITIL frameworks (ITIL v3 Foundation required; ITIL 4 within 12 months). Proven background in Managed Customer Solutions and Managed Services. ISTQB Foundation qualification. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to drive process improvements and automation.
Security Clearance: Applicants must be eligible for and willing to undergo security clearance ranging from NPPV2 & NPPV3, SC, through to DV, depending on project requirements.
