A well‑established organisation delivering refurbishment and improvement works across social housing stock in Greater Manchester. The team is known for its resident‑focused approach and commitment to high‑quality project delivery.

Your new role

You will be working as a Tenant Liaison Officer on a full‑time basis, supporting tenants throughout a live social housing project. Your day‑to‑day work will involve coordinating appointments, resolving tenant queries, providing updates on works, and ensuring residents feel informed and supported. Some travel between sites may be required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer or in a similar resident‑facing role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable due to travel requirements)
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a project team

What you'll get in return

  • £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience
  • A full‑time temporary contract for an initial 3‑month period
  • Potential for extension depending on project needs
