Your new company

We are recruiting a Tenancy Support Officer who can support the St Helens and Knowsley area, picking up an outstanding caseload and also dealing with any new cases that arise. This is a full-time temporary position for a minimum of 2–3 months and is likely to continue longer.

Your new role

In this role you will provide an effective customer-focused tenancy support service, across St Helens and Knowsley, delivering proactive solutions to enable new and existing customers to sustain their tenancy. You will do property viewings, face-to-face tenancy set-ups and be there throughout the allocation process. You will support new tenants during their first few weeks in their home, supporting them with setting up a home, benefit applications and any advice needed regarding setting up utility bills etc. This is a full-time role, working Monday–Friday 9-5pm, and you will mainly be out and about meeting tenants, so access to your own vehicle is essential.

You will receive a competitive hourly rate along with holiday pay accrual, and you will be able to claim back mileage at 0.45p per mile.
