Are you passionate about supporting individuals to sustain their tenancies and improve their housing outcomes? We’re looking for two dedicated Tenancy Advisors to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality housing support services across Scotland.

Your new role

Tenancy Advisor (2 Roles Available)
Glenrothes
Role 1 – Full-time, fixed term until March 2026
Role 2 – Part-time (approx. 18–21 hours/week), fixed term until December 2025
  • Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels
  • Manage housing applications and allocate properties in line with policy
  • Conduct property viewings, tenancy sign-ups, and post-allocation visits
  • Support tenants at all stages—from application to move-in and tenancy end
  • Handle tenancy deposits, void property utilities, and termination processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful tenancies
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and customer support referrals
  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation and internal procedures

What you'll need to succeed

  • HNC level qualification in a relevant discipline, housing qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Background in a customer-focused role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong digital and IT skills
  • Confident in engaging with a wide range of customers
  • Understanding of Data Protection principles
  • Knowledge of relevant housing legislation
