We are recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants now! Temp to perm roles available to start in September.

Hays Education is urgently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN Resource Provision based at a Primary School in Bradford.
The roles are to start in September on a temporary to permanent basis. ✅

– Choose from temporary or long-term supply – many of our roles become permanent placements, and we have five roles currently that could be on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support for students with a range of special educational needs
- Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
- Track and report on student progress and development
Requirements:
- Essential:
Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting - Optional:
Experience in a healthcare or care worker role – if you have worked with people with SEN, then we want to hear from you! - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach
