Temporary Supply Chain Operations – supporting supply chain of key customer e-commerce account

We are proud to be supporting a popular company here in London who are a leader within the manufacturing and retail space and an absolute household (and fun) brand name! This organisation leads by example, drives sustainability, and is innovative in their design. In order to help cope with seasonal demand, they are seeking 2 positions within their customer supply chain & inventory teams.

Your new role

Whilst these roles are initially 3–4 months in length, there could be a possibility for extension beyond this point. As the Temporary Supply Chain Operations Advisor, you will play a key role within the E-Commerce Centre of Excellence Operations Team, ensuring efficient supply of company products to a key client account, and securing a smooth execution of consumer demand across markets. This role safeguards the full Order-to-Cash process, from purchase order management through to resolution of invoice discrepancies, while driving inventory optimisation, replenishment accuracy, and operational excellence in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed


To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience with SAP in a customer order management or supply chain operations role, as well as strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. It would be an added advantage if you have knowledge of creating and running Business Warehouse (BW) reports. You must have experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment in order to cope with the demands of this customer account delivery supply chain role.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be paid via the Hays payroll, which means weekly pay calculated at a daily rate. You will accrue holiday pay for the time you work, and there is a potential for extension beyond this point.
