This organisation is seeking a temporary sales support administrator to join their team to help support the team and office. This is ad-hoc support for sickness and holiday cover.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:- Processing customer orders end-to-end
- Handling deliveries and any queries around this
- Updating customers via phone and email
- Handle customer queries
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, and document management
What you'll need to succeed
- Immediately available for work for short-term cover
- Come from a manufacturing background
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
