Short-term temporary sales support administrator, based in South Manchester, immediate starting

Your new company

This organisation is seeking a temporary sales support administrator to join their team to help support the team and office. This is ad-hoc support for sickness and holiday cover.

Your new role

Your responsibilities include:
  • Processing customer orders end-to-end
  • Handling deliveries and any queries around this
  • Updating customers via phone and email
  • Handle customer queries
  • Handle invoices, purchase orders, and document management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Immediately available for work for short-term cover
  • Come from a manufacturing background
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
