Temporary Receptionist - 21/07 to 21/10 | Full-time | Ipswich

Your new company

A large and well-established organisation is recruiting for a temporary receptionist.

Your new role

This is a newly created temporary receptionist job, working from July 2025 to October 2025 **estimated duration. This will be a busy job but forming part of a collaborative team. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Supporting with operational admin
  • Answering incoming telephone calls

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this job you will require:

  • Previous admin and reception experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Great IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

What you'll get in return

  • Monday to Friday (Full-time hours)
