Your new role
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will play a key part in delivering excellent services to residents and supporting the organisation’s mission to build thriving communities. Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing a portfolio of properties or tenancies
- Supporting residents with housing-related queries and concerns
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective solutions
- Contributing to service improvements and community engagement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
- Must be a qualified Lawyer
- Must have experience in housing roles or public sector environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of housing legislation and best practices
