Join a Top Company to Support the HR & Payroll Function on a Temporary Basis
Location: Remote Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment Rate: £16 per hour
You will be supporting a client during a particularly busy period, where they need someone who can step in immediately and make an impact. This role requires strong payroll experience and confidence working at pace, with ADP experience being essential.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-volume position combining payroll and HR administration. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll runs smoothly while supporting the wider HR function with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing using ADP, including weekly and monthly cycles
- Inputting, checking and reconciling payroll data with a high level of accuracy
- Supporting HR administration, including onboarding, contract amendments and maintaining employee records
- Ensuring all payroll information is processed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
- Acting as a key support to both HR and finance teams to maintain seamless operations
- Responding to day-to-day employee queries and handling documentation
What You Will Need
- Proven experience using ADP (essential — applications without this will not be considered)
- Strong background in payroll administration within a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling large volumes of data
- Working knowledge and experience of HR processes and the importance of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and get up to speed quickly (hit the ground running!)
