What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, or similar HR roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
