About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Girls PE Teacher to join this school on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a confident practitioner who can deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons to girls across KS3 and KS4. This position is one day per week (Tuesdays only) and will run up until at least February half-term.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Girls’ PE to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.
- Promote participation, confidence, and enjoyment in Physical Education.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider PE department as needed on your working day.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Girls’ PE at Secondary level.
- Confident, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about promoting physical activity and wellbeing.
