Your new role
As the Designer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all marketing and sales materials are polished, professional, and aligned with their brand identity. Other key responsibilities will include:
- Website Design: Create and refine the design for product landing pages, ensuring an intuitive user experience, strong visual appeal, and clear communication of product benefits.
- Brochure & Print Collateral: Design brochures and print materials that effectively communicate the product’s features, clinical benefits, and technical specifications.
- Sales Presentations: Develop visually compelling PowerPoint or digital presentations to support sales teams in client pitches and product demonstrations.
- Packaging Design: Design product packaging, working alongside the inhouse regulatory team on compliance with regulatory guidelines while also ensuring it is in line with brand guidelines and enhances brand recognition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure design outputs align with the Team’s product launch strategy.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing websites, brochures, sales presentations, and packaging, with an eye for detail.
- Proven experience in designing for medical devices or similar regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (e.g., Hubspot, Squarespace)
- Strong portfolio showcasing work on websites, brochures, sales presentations, and packaging design.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, especially as they relate to medical device marketing, is a plus.
- Available for an immediate start.
