Temporary Customer Service Advisor - £13-14ph - Newmarket - Start early September 2025
Your new company
An established and ambitious organisation in Newmarket, my client is seeking a customer-focused individual with confident systems and administration skills to join their team in Newmarket on an initial 3-month basis.
Your new role
Working as part of a supportive and professional team, this role will include:
- Answering and resolving telephone and email queries
- Processing orders onto the system
- Creating customer accounts on the system
- Monitoring stock levels
- Providing general administration support to the team
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have customer service experience, combined with confident administration and IT skills. Excellent communication skills, alongside a strong teamwork approach will be pivotal.
What you'll get in return
Hourly rate circa £13 - 14 per hour + holiday pay
