Temporary Customer Relations Manager

A respected public sector organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator with a specialist customer relations background. This organisation is based in Edinburgh and looking for candidates that are immediately available for a temporary contract. You will act as a primary point of contact, coordinating administrative processes and handling queries while working with internal teams to support effective delivery.
Your new role
- Acting as the main contact for customer and stakeholder queries.
- Preparing and issuing contracts and invoices.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and payments.
- Managing shared mailboxes, records and time‑recording oversight.
- Updating guidance and providing regular updates to managers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing contracts, invoicing or financial processes.
- Confident customer‑facing skills, including handling queries or complaints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and work with evolving processes.
