A leading organisation, based just outside Edinburgh, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive temporary Administrative Assistant to support a new project.

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gather, review, and verify information to ensure accuracy before data entry.
  • Input and update records in line with established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support auditing and compliance requirements.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the project team, including managing files, preparing documents, and producing routine reports.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will have:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and database systems.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain clear documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
