What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in social housing and demonstrate resilience in a highly pressurised area of the business. You should be IT literate, able to navigate multiple systems confidently, and possess excellent communication skills. A good understanding of customer service requirements, reliability, and strong timekeeping are essential. You will need access to your own vehicle and be willing to add business insurance to your policy once your start date is confirmed.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive hourly rate with an uplift after 12 weeks (£14.12 per hour inclusive of holiday allowance (£12.60 basic) for the first 12 weeks, then uplift to £16.77 inclusive (£14.32 basic) along with the opportunity to work for a respected local authority.
