Job Opportunity: ECT/Teacher (Temp to Perm)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) or experienced teacher to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role offers an initial 12-week temporary contract, with the opportunity for a permanent position upon successful completion.


Key Details:


  • Class Size: Small class of 5 students
  • Support: class teacher and teaching assistant in the classroom
  • Duration: 12 weeks temporary, leading to a permanent role
  • Pay: from £140 per day


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of a small class
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and teaching assistant to support student learning
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment


Qualifications:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable individual
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
