- Liaising with internal teams and external carriers to align operational requirements
- Maintaining accurate shipment records and updating internal systems
- This is an on-site role based in Merseyside, working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring proven experience across logistics, export or freight coordination within a regulated environment.
Key requirements:
- Experience in logistics, shipping, export or customs coordination
- Exposure to hazardous or dangerous goods handling
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and dispatch processes
- Working knowledge of customs and export compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Clear communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
Desirable experience:
- SAP or similar ERP system knowledge
- Awareness of ADR, IMDG or IATA regulations
- Background in chemicals, manufacturing or regulated industries
- Understanding of Incoterms and export documentation
What you'll get in return
