About the role

As a Tech Bar Engineer with expertise in mobile devices configuration and user support, you will collaborate with our client ’s engineering and support teams. You will be responsible for facilitating the device. handovers, supporting users during migration, and maintaining accurate records throughout the de ployment process.

Shifts : Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Contract: 27/10/2025 – 19/12/2025

Location: Warrington

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The project involves deploying 3,100 mobile devices for the customer.
• 1,200 devices will be configured in Hatfield and delivered directly to users’ homes.
• The remaining 1,900 devices will be built and deployed via a Tech Bar at Warrington.
• Facilitating handover of new mobile devices and collection of legacy devices.
• Recording all handovers and returns, providing daily/weekly summary reports.
• Supporting users migrating from Workspace ONE to MDM or setting up new devices, following the agreed migration approach.
• Providing additional remote support via Microsoft Teams (or similar) for all users in scope.

Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
• Experience in IT hardware handling, or similar roles are desirable.
