Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Engineer to lead onsite deployment and configuration activities for clinic IT environments. You will manage device refresh tasks, ensure smooth handovers, maintain accurate inventory, and provide technical support throughout the deployment process.

- Location: Washington, NE38 9DA (On-site)
- Hourly Rate: £25.15 via umbrella OR £18.38 PAYE
- Contract Length: 08-Dec-2025 to 31-Dec-2025
- Start Date: 08-Dec-2025
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate clinic deployment events, ensuring all technical activities are completed efficiently
• Provide onsite engineering support for device refresh and configuration
• Validate and process user work orders and deployment requests
• Manage laptop and device handover to multiple users and sites
• Maintain accurate inventory and update the Asset Management Database (AMDB)
• Communicate deployment status and progress to the Deployment Manager
• Address and resolve user queries and technical issues onsite
• Provide onsite engineering support for device refresh and configuration

Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in IT hardware deployment and configuration
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Mac environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage user handovers
• Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and inventory
