Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Trade Floor Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support to front-office trading teams. This role ensures seamless functionality of trading systems, applications, and hardware while acting as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
• Location: London EC3M 4AE (On-site)
• Daily Rate: £19.38 per hour (PAYE) OR £25.15 per hour (via umbrella), in-scope IR35
• Contract Length: 01-Dec-2025 to 31-Dec-2026
• Start Date: 01-Dec-2025

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support for trade floor systems and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly
• Ensure minimal downtime and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Liaise with traders and stakeholders to resolve technical queries efficiently
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to relevant teams
• Assist with system upgrades and deployments on the trade floor
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions

• Proven experience in trade floor or front-office IT support
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms and market data systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
